1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 10 days of placing it.

  • Cancellation requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

a) Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The order is canceled within the 10-day cancellation period.

  • The item is returned within 30 days, in:

    • Original condition

    • Unused & unwashed

    • With all tags and packaging intact

b) Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear & tear

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

c) Refund Process

2️⃣ Approval & Inspection:

  • Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent/picked up.

  • After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

3️⃣ Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.


3. Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • Exchanges and replacements are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Replacement is available only for:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged item

    • Defective product
