Return & Exchange Policy

At Shyamoli Technology Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or exchange as per the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of use.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Items damaged due to:

    • Mishandling

    • Improper use

    • Normal wear and tear

  • Items without original packaging or missing tags


3. Return & Exchange Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Request

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup

  • After reviewing your request, our team will approve or reject your return.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • In some cases, you may be required to courier the item to our return address.


3️⃣ Inspection & Processing

  • Once the item reaches us, a quality inspection will be conducted.

  • You will be notified whether your return/exchange is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund or replacement will be initiated within 7–10 business days.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

  • If the original payment mode is unavailable, we may issue store credit as an alternative.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or product variations.

  • Please mention your preferred option while submitting your request.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 10 days of placement.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
