3. Return & Exchange Process

In some cases, you may be required to courier the item to our return address.
3️⃣ Inspection & Processing

Once the item reaches us, a quality inspection will be conducted.

You will be notified whether your return/exchange is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund or replacement will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

If the original payment mode is unavailable, we may issue store credit as an alternative.
